Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $25.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and store personnel by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and security-related protocols throughout the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout sales floors, entrances, stockroom areas, common areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, observe for suspicious behavior, and document incidents, policy violations, and security-related concerns in a timely manner.
• Support retail operations by assisting with crowd management, opening and closing procedures, and customer interactions while maintaining a professional presence at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
