Lead Caregiver — Part-Time
We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and experienced Lead Caregiver to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of caregiving experience, strong leadership skills, and an open/flexible schedule.

Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, hands-on care and support to clients.
Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, hygiene, dressing, meals, and mobility.
Monitor clients’ needs, comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and management.
Help guide and support other caregivers as a lead team member.
Assist with training and onboarding new caregivers when needed.
Maintain accurate and timely care documentation.
Follow individualized care plans and company policies.
Report changes in clients’ condition or needs to appropriate management.
Help ensure a safe, respectful, and positive care environment.

Qualifications
2-3 years of professional caregiving experience required.
Previous lead caregiver or supervisory experience preferred.
Compassionate, dependable, and patient personality.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation required.

Schedule
Part-Time | Open/Flexible Schedule

We are looking for someone with availability that can accommodate varying shifts and client needs. Scheduling will be discussed during the interview. Must be willing to work a flexible, open schedule, including some weekends or holidays as needed. Must be okay with working in homes with cats and dogs.
