Responsibilities Implement and follow Behavioral Support Plans and de-escalation techniques as trained. Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and hygiene. Monitor, document, and report on client behavior, incidents, and progress. Prepare basic, nutritious meals based on individual dietary needs. Support residents during behavioral outbursts while maintaining a safe environment. Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment. Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training. Perform light housekeeping. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. High School Diploma or GED (required). CPR/First Aid (preferred or willing to obtain). BA/PCM certified (preferred or willing to obtain). Previous experience in Intensive Behavior. Previous experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (preferred). Ability to remain calm and use de-escalation techniques during behavioral incidents. Ability to prepare simple, balanced meals. Strong communication and documentation skills. ADP Training (preferred). Pass a background check. Valid Driver License and clean driving record. Car Insurance/Tag Registration. Reliable. Report to work on time. Neat and organized. Pay attention to detail.
