Night Shift: Thin Films Process Technician

onsemi is seeking a Process Technician for Thin Films in Hopewell Junction, NY. Technicians in this role provide day‑to‑day line support to the sector, including lot hold, tool disposition, and execution of engineering experiments. Technicians work a 12‑hour shift schedule in the cleanroom. Responsibilities Night 1 (Sun‑Tues, every other Sat) front‑end compressed shift. Day to day operation support of the sector within 12hr shift schedule. Recover from Process and Tool interruptions. Perform Engineering Experiments. Identify ways to improve tool availability, cycle time, utilization and cost. Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs. Qualifications Education: HS Diploma; AAS degree strongly preferred. Strong, effective communication and teamwork skills. Language Fluency – Fluent in English (written and verbal). Compensation Hourly pay range: $21.20 to $36.26 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
