Hotel Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Hotel Executive Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping department and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout our property. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise the housekeeping team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service and efficient operations. Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies and equipment as needed. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with quality standards. Handle guest complaints and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly and professionally. Prepare reports on housekeeping activities, budgets, and staffing requirements. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies. Qualifications Previous experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role in the hospitality industry preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies. Ability to work under pressure and handle guest requests efficiently. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or management is a plus. This position requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting. The Executive Housekeeper will work primarily within the hotel premises and may need to be available during weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
