Full-time (awaiting confirmation on weeklt/monthly schedule)
Credentialing Timeframe : Emergency Privs got it done in 2 days with another speciality.

- Patient Volume: 7-10
- Required Procedures:
- APP Support/Supervision: 4 RN's for support
- EMR: Medhost
- Client Requirements: cannot live within 90 miles of facility, Provider must be willing to work nights, weekends, and take call
- Travel Accommodations: Hotel, Mileage, and flight, Travel per CHS policy
