Pay $23.00 per hour Shift premium: $1.00 for night shift work Schedules: 1st shift Friday‑Sunday or Sunday‑Thursday Products & Equipment Products handled: Retail items Equipment: Ability to learn and operate powered industrial equipment (stand‑up and sit‑down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc.) Benefits Weekly pay, paid training, and support for career advancement Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans (beginning 30 days) Paid time off and 401(k) company match Employee discount on stock and a 15% employee discount on various goods and services Safety gear provided, and leadership prioritizes safety in every shift Focus on continuous improvement for success Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred At least one year of powered industrial truck experience preferred At least one year of team lead experience preferred At least one year of Microsoft Office experience preferred At least one year of warehouse experience preferred Advanced knowledge of RF scanners required Valid forklift operator’s license (certified) Strong verbal and written communication skills Effective leadership skills Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Ability to work independently and as a member of a team Excellent organizational skills Proactive approach to responsibilities Ability to maintain composure under pressure Adherence to health and safety methods Bilingual (for Quebec locations only) Responsibilities Lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of operations. Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting. Allocate resources and organize daily work duties to team members for optimal shift and operational logistics. Inspire and guide team members toward improved KPIs using appropriate leadership styles and methods. Assure proper orientation for employees and provide necessary information, technology, and tools for performance. Promote health and safety working methods within the warehouse. Handle day‑to‑day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading. Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operations effectiveness and service levels.
