Qualifications/Education:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Florida License or Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate Active Driver’s License with reliable vehicle (you must be able to drive) Active Auto Insurance Active CPR Certification Health Physical / Health Statement (completed within the last year) Proof of negative TB test (within the last year) or negative Chest-X-ray (within the last 5 years) Level 2 Background Screening through AHCA or ability to successfully pass background check
