Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN

Location: Woodland Manor – Elkhart, IN

Woodland Manor is seeking a compassionate PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Elkhart, IN. In this role, you will deliver high-quality therapy services designed to improve residents’ independence, function, and overall quality of life.

What You’ll Do:

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed in collaboration with the rehabilitation team.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and establish measurable short- and long-term therapy goals.

• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on techniques that support ongoing progress.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Bring:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in the state of Indiana.

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

• Commitment to patient-centered care and strong communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
