Interventional Pain Management Physician

Healthcare United is seeking an Interventional Pain Management Physician for a well-established outpatient practice in Jacksonville, Florida. The incoming physician will step into an immediate patient base with strong referral volume, significant procedural opportunity, and dedicated NP/PA/MA support. This is a 100% outpatient opportunity with a MondayFriday schedule and no nights, weekends, hospital rounding, or call.

Compensation: Competitive MGMA-based Pain Medicine base compensation + productivity/commission incentives + sign-on bonus

New Grads/Practicing: Fellowship-trained Pain Physicians preferred

Requirements:

• MD or DO
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pain Medicine, Anesthesiology, PM&R, Neurology, or related specialty
• Pain Management or Interventional Spine fellowship preferred
• Active or eligible Florida medical license
• Active DEA registration
• BLS/ACLS or ability to obtain
• Strong interventional procedural skills
