Job Description We’re looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing & Social Media Assistant to help manage and grow our online presence. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, social media, marketing, and working in a fast-paced environment. - Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & other platforms
- Design posts, flyers, stories and marketing materials using Canva
- Create and edit short-form videos/Reels
- Take photos and videos for social media content
- Schedule and publish social media posts
- Help develop monthly marketing and content calendars
- Promote listings, events, products and services
- Assist with email and text marketing campaigns
- Help manage and respond to social media messages and comments
- Track engagement and help identify ways to increase our online presence
- Assist with additional marketing projects as needed
- Experience with Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Basic photo and video editing skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable and able to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable learning new marketing tools
