Job ResponsibilitiesReading and interpreting all job paperwork, drawings, color specifications, and instructions fully and accurately before and during productionMixing and applying paint according to job specifications and company quality standardsPainting channel letters, cabinets, raceways, backers, panels, and other sign components using proper spray techniquesEnsuring proper color match, coverage, finish consistency, and overall appearance of painted productsInspecting painted parts for defects such as runs, dry spray, contamination, uneven coverage, or damageIdentifying and correcting paint defects prior to release to the next production stageMaintaining paint guns, spray equipment, booths, and related tools in proper working conditionFollowing proper handling and storage procedures for paints, thinners, and hazardous materialsMinimizing material waste and rework through attention to detail and proper paint application techniquesMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollowing all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and environmental proceduresExpectationsAccurately read and follow all job paperwork and paint specifications without deviationProduce clean, consistent, and high-quality paint finishes with minimal defects or reworkMaintain strong attention to detail in color, finish quality, and surface preparationEnsure painted products meet quality and appearance standards before releaseWork efficiently to meet production timelines without sacrificing qualityCommunicate clearly with supervisors and team members regarding job status or issuesTake ownership of paint quality, equipment care, and production outputMaintain an organized and safe work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Image One Llc
