Hourly Wage: $14.5 - $27.5 per hour The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
