Talent Coordinator

Job Duties

• Intake job requisition requests and post positions.

• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule phone, virtual and in-person interviews with hiring managers.

• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, maintaining a positive candidate experience.

• Track and monitor candidate flow through candidate trackers.

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Business Partner to proactively address hiring demands.

• Support onboarding activities, including pre-employment requirements and new hire communications.

• Manage candidate and recruiting communications through Workday.

• Maintain accurate recruiting records and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Assist with hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives.

Minimum Education Required

No education requirement found.

Minimum Experience Required

2+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or HR support experience. Experience with high-volume hourly recruiting required. Microsoft Excel experience required.
