Job Description

Join our dynamic team, where you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging new business opportunities. As an Account Manager, you will be instrumental in reaching out to decision-makers, understanding their needs, and showcasing how our products can enhance their operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new customers through various sources.

• Maximize customer interactions by upselling and cross-selling various brands.

• Handle inbound calls and connect customers with the appropriate departments to ensure an exceptional experience.

• Document all customer interactions and relevant information in the CRM system.

• Understand customer needs and communicate effectively while ensuring thorough follow-ups.

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience that aligns with our brand promise.

• Provide expert-level product knowledge that differentiates us in the market.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in inside sales, account management, and data entry.

• Experience in order processing and administrative support.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to learn new technologies.

• Proficient in using Microsoft programs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and communication methods effectively.

• Strong desire to learn new markets and products, becoming a subject matter expert.

• Awareness of personal strengths and those of team members to leverage them for customer benefit.

Work Environment

You will primarily work from home with the expectation to visit the office once every two weeks. Enjoy a one-hour lunch break. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
