Responsibilities

Oversee the daily insurance operations and sales strategy for our office.

Advise clients on coverage options tailored to their specific life circumstances.

Train and support newer team members to ensure they feel confident in their sales approach.

Identify gaps in coverage for existing clients and proactively offer solutions.

Maintain high standards of accuracy and ethics in all policy documentation.

Represent our agency in the local community through outreach and positive networking.

Requirements

Valid Pennsylvania Property Casualty insurance license.

Three or more years of experience managing insurance accounts or personal lines sales.

Demonstrated history of building and maintaining a client base.

Solid understanding of risk management and coverage structures.

Clear and articulate communication style for explaining policy details.

Previous experience mentoring or guiding team members is highly valued.
