They show this by offering an extensive number of perks and benefits!Job Duties:Review of Tax ReturnsTax ResearchMentor & Train StaffQualifications:CPA RequiredBachelor's in Accounting5+ Years of Experience in Public AccountingSupervisory ExperienceReview Experience with 1040, 1065, 1120, & 1120-SBenefits/ Perks:Medical/ Dental/ Vision plans (Up to full coverage for the employee by the firm depending on the plan)LT DisabilityLife InsuranceCafeteria Plan401k w/ 3% safe harbor contribution post 6 months of servicePTO (Increases with time)8 Holidays + 1 Floating Holiday6 Weeks Paid Parental LeaveIn-house CPEReimbursement of licensing & membership feesPossibility of multiple bonuses throughout the yearBusy season hours limited (60 total towards the final month)Office closes early on Fridays in the SummerFlexible hoursQuick Interview process (2 Max)
