Service Coordinator

Taylor Sudden Service is looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team in If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced service environment, enjoys working with both customers and field technicians , and knows how to keep multiple moving pieces organized, this could be a great opportunity for you. In this role, you’ll help coordinate service activities, communicate with customers regarding repairs and maintenance, prepare service estimates, process service and parts orders, assist with warranty claims, and support the day-to-day operations of the Service Center. We’re especially interested in candidates who bring: Parts and/or service industry experience Experience coordinating technicians and service work Strong customer service and communication skills Mechanical aptitude or experience with forklifts, heavy equipment, automotive, industrial equipment, or a related field Strong organization and multitasking skills The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team Taylor Sudden Service is part of The Taylor Group of Companies , a third-generation, family-owned organization with a history dating back to 1927.
