Production Rework Operator

Location: Knoxville, TN
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable  Production Rework Operator to join our Rework Department. The  Production Rework Operator will support daily warehouse and production operations through product inspection, packaging, palletizing, inventory management, and material movement. This role is ideal for individuals with warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general inspections and visual quality checks on products
• Package, rework, and prepare materials for shipment
• Palletize products and load carts as needed
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities
• Stock, organize, and load warehouse inventory daily
• Count and document inventory on a rotating basis to maintain accurate records
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable performing repetitive motions and physical labor
• Must wear steel-toe shoes beginning on Day 1

Qualifications

• Previous production, warehouse, manufacturing, or rework experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing priorities
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
