Arcadis is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead field operations on the Gateway Hudson Tunnel Project, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence for one of the region's most complex infrastructure initiatives. You will oversee plan development, cost control, risk, and stakeholder engagement, supervise Resident Engineers and inspectors, and ensure compliance with NEPA, permits, and QMP requirements while delivering on time and within budget.
