Junior Title Sales Representative

A well established and growing title company in South Florida is seeking a Junior Title Sales Representative to join its team. This position is designed as a growth opportunity for someone looking to build a long term career in title sales and client relationship management. The selected candidate will initially support and manage existing lower volume client accounts, with a clear path to developing a full sales territory.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with title, escrow, processing, or agency sales experience who is interested in transitioning into a client facing sales role.

Responsibilities

Manage and service assigned real estate agents, brokerages, and industry partners with lower current order volume

Build and maintain strong relationships to increase client loyalty and order activity

Conduct regular client visits, follow ups, and relationship building activities

Provide education and support regarding title services, processes, and closing procedures

Assist senior sales representatives by managing and retaining smaller producing accounts

Identify opportunities to grow business within assigned client base

Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings

Track client activity, relationship development, and business opportunities

Maintain knowledge of company services, products, and market trends

Qualifications

Previous experience working for a title company is strongly preferred

Experience as a Title Closer, Title Processor, Escrow Assistant, Escrow Officer, or Title Agency Sales professional is highly desired

Bilingual Spanish and English strongly preferred

Strong relationship building and client service skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Self motivated with strong organizational skills

Interest in developing a long term career in title sales and business development

Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships
