Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Overnight Shifts Lyme, NH | $26/hour Make a Difference While Others Sleep! We’re seeking caring and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join a residential team supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. No two days are exactly alike, and your support helps ensure individuals feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Whether you have previous caregiving experience or are looking to get started in the field, we’d love to hear from you! Location: Lyme, NH Schedule: Monday–Friday, overnight shift Pay: $26 per hour Pay Type: Hourly Responsibilities Provide support and supervision to individuals in a residential setting. Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment. Assist with daily living needs and individualized support plans as needed. Monitor residents' well-being and communicate any concerns appropriately. Complete routine household tasks and overnight responsibilities. Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure consistent, quality support. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license. Medication Administration Certification or willingness to obtain, if required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, patient, and compassionate approach.
