Pharmacy Technician Per Diem

Position: Per Diem, Nonexempt Pharmacy Technician Assists in various pharmacy activities under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Responsibilities include preparing, delivering, and restocking medications; performing order entry; procuring drugs; and billing. Duties are performed according to written procedures and guidelines based on pharmacy standards and regulatory requirements. Location: Huntsville Memorial Hospital, 110 Memorial Hospital Drive, Huntsville, Texas 77340 Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 7:00am to 8:00pm; Saturday and Sunday 7:30am to 4:00pm Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Active Texas state Pharmacy Technician license in good standing Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) IV Certification required or must be acquired within the first 90 days of hire Recent work experience as a Pharmacy Technician Proficiency with pharmacy software Preferred Qualifications: PTCB certification Automation experience Pay & Benefits: Hourly pay ranges from $16.15 to $28.80 per hour based on full-time employment.
