Finance Manager

StaffBright is partnering with a global, publicly traded manufacturing organization to identify a Finance Manager for its corporate accounting team. This position will play a key role in the company's worldwide reporting structure, with significant ownership of global consolidations, corporate close, financial reporting, and accounting initiatives . What You'll Be Doing: Own key components of the worldwide consolidation and corporate close process across monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting cycles Coordinate with accounting teams across multiple business units and international locations to ensure accurate and timely reporting Prepare and analyze consolidated financial results and cash flow reporting Serve as a key resource for the organization's OneStream consolidation platform, including enhancements and reporting improvements Support external reporting requirements and the development of financial information used within SEC filings Partner with internal and external audit teams on SOX controls, documentation, and testing related to financial close and consolidation Research and support technical accounting matters and evolving accounting policies Develop financial analyses and reporting packages used by senior and executive leadership Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, close, and consolidation processes Collaborate across FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Controlling, and Corporate Accounting on company-wide financial initiatives What We'll Need from You: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA Required 5+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience Background within public accounting, a publicly traded company, or a combination of both Strong hands‑on experience with consolidations and complex financial reporting Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and corporate accounting Ability to work across multiple entities, business units, and stakeholders OneStream experience Exposure to 10-Q/10-K reporting, SOX, and SEC requirements Experience improving or automating consolidation and close processes The Perks: Strong opportunities for career growth and advancement Company shutdown between Christmas and New Year's 401(k) with a 6% company match Life Time Fitness membership Paid vacation and time off StaffBright - Who We Are StaffBright connects exceptional professionals with fulfilling opportunities in Finance, IT, Engineering, and Sales and Marketing.
