Now Hiring: Universal Resident Caregiver
Schedule: Day Shift 6a-2p
About the Role:
The Universal Resident Caregiver provides direct, hands-on care to residents of the Assisted Living Facility, supporting activities of daily living, medication administration, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and resident activities. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and homelike environment for every resident.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with waking, dressing, grooming, and bathing according to their individual care plan.
- Prepare and serve meals, assist residents to and from the dining room, and clean dining and kitchen areas after each meal.
- Perform housekeeping, laundry, and ironing duties for residents as scheduled and needed.
- Support residents in participating in recreational activities and social engagement

Requirements:- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience in an Assisted Living Facility or similar senior care setting preferred.
- Current QMAP certification, or eligibility to obtain certification, required
