As a Senior Counsel within PNC's Corporate Governance organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Birmingham, AL, Washington D.C. or Cleveland, OH.We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience practicing in the area of trusts and estates in a law firm or fiduciary practice, counseling high net-worth individuals, advising fiduciaries and handling sophisticated trust, estate and tax matters. The candidate should have experience drafting and/or reviewing complex estate planning documents, nonjudicial agreements and probate and trust probate court filings, as well as preparing and reviewing fiduciary accountings.
