Clinical & Foodservice Registered Dietitian - Healthcare & Senior Living

Elior is seeking a Registered Dietitian to support nutritious, high-quality dining programs across education, healthcare, and senior living accounts. You will assess client and guest nutritional needs, develop menus that meet clinical guidelines and regulations, and collaborate with culinary teams to ensure appealing, culturally sensitive meals. Responsibilities include nutrition counseling, documentation, regulatory compliance, and staff training. You’ll partner closely with clients, promote food safety and inclusion, and help drive continuous improvement in a welcoming, hospitality-focused environment.
