Editorial Client Manager

Serving as the primary point of contact for a specific client group, the full-time remote Editorial Client Manager will manage day-to-day editorial services, ensure client satisfaction, and oversee team productivity and training. Key responsibilities Act as the main liaison for client inquiries regarding editorial services Monitor workload distribution and identify resource needs within the client group Conduct performance reviews and ensure team members are trained on protocols and best practices Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Prior experience as a Managing Editor or similar role Experience managing client projects and providing exceptional customer service Proficiency in at least one major online peer review system Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
