We are seeking a Wealth Advisor to join a rapidly growing, high-performance wealth management firm supporting clients in the $1M+ range. This role blends financial planning, relationship management, and business development, with access to firm-generated leads and a clear path for long-term growth.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Establish and develop new client relationships through firm-generated leads, referral channels, and internal business development efforts.
- Deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment guidance to a defined client base, primarily within the high-net-worth segment.
- Partner with senior advisors and leadership to support client strategy, planning, and ongoing relationship management.
- Participate in seminars, educational events, and marketing initiatives designed to drive client acquisition and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from prospecting through onboarding and ongoing service.
- Maintain consistent follow-up and communication with prospects and clients, building trust and long-term relationships.
- Stay current on financial markets, planning strategies, and industry trends while adhering to firm and regulatory standards.
- Engage in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field preferred .
- 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, investment advisory, or wealth management.
- FINRA licensing required (Series 65 or 7/66); CFP preferred or in progress.
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage clients confidently.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in-office full-time and actively engage in a collaborative team setting.
Compensation includes a base salary plus performance-based incentives tied to client acquisition, production, and growth. First-year total compensation ranges dependent upon experience, with significant upside in subsequent years based on performance.
