Job Title: Staff Registered Nurse (RN)

Hours per Shift: 36 guaranteed hours

Experience: Minimum 1 year nursing experience
License: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the state nursing board or Multi-State Compact Nurse license
Certifications: Current certification of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers card

Must-Have: Previous dialysis experience required; prior experience in acute or ambulatory nursing preferred

Description:
The Staff Registered Nurse (RN) will oversee the delivery of dialysis and the care of patients.
The RN will be responsible for providing education to patients.
The RN will supervise Dialysis Technicians and adjust treatment plans per standing orders and care plans.
Monitoring patient outcomes and administering medications will also be part of the RN's responsibilities.
The RN will participate in quality improvement projects and collaborate with other members of the patient's care team, including social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists.
This is a chronic, in-center position that will require coverage of multiple clinic locations.
The RN must be able to work any day from Monday to Saturday.
Flexibility in scheduling is necessary depending on staffing and operational needs.
