CONTROLLERS — ready to walk into a role where your experience is truly needed? We’re searching for an onsite Controller in Charlottesville, VA to help strengthen, stabilize, and elevate the accounting function for a mission-driven, multi-site organization . This is NOT a “sit back and review the numbers” role. We need a strong accountant + hands‑on leader who can step in, take ownership, and make an impact. What you’ll own: Lead and develop the accounting team Financial reporting, close, cash flow & budgeting Multi-entity / multi-site accounting Process and systems improvements Bring structure, accountability & consistency What we’re looking for: Proven accounting + leadership experience Strong technical fundamentals — CPA not required Hands‑on, proactive, and comfortable in the details Multi‑site / multi‑entity experience is a BIG plus Willing to be onsite in Charlottesville Experience with hospitality, real estate, property management, public accounting, or other complex operational environments can translate well for this role. If you’re a strong accountant who likes fixing things, building better processes, developing people, and seeing the impact of your work — this one is worth a conversation.
