Registered Nurse On Call

Heartland Hospice, part of ProMedica, seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse On Call to provide after-hours hospice care in home and facility settings. The RN triages calls, conducts urgent visits, manages symptoms and pain, and implements hospice care plans.
