They will ensure that pars are met and that the kitchen is set up to successfully meet business demands, health requirements, and company standards.ResponsibilitiesPrepare ingredients and produce by peeling, cutting, and portioning as directed by the chef or sous chefs and written company standardsPrepare condiments, dressings, sauces, and simple dishes such as breads or saladsMaintain a working environment that complies with health and safety guidelinesAssist with unloading, inspection, and storage of raw ingredients and suppliesAnticipate the needs of team members to keep the kitchen running smoothlyPerform other related duties as assignedQualificationsComparable experience in a full-service dining establishmentExperience maintaining food safety standards and kitchen cleanliness using proper food handling techniquesAbility to prepare ingredients and basic foods according to written directionsAbility to function well in a high-paced, and at times stressful environmentAbility to stand for the duration of shifts and lift and carry up to 45 lbsAvailability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidaysWe use eVerify to confirm U.S. Employment eligibility.
