Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
About the Role:
Join our team at CHE Behavioral, a multispecialty group of licensed professionals dedicated to increasing access to mental health services and reducing the stigma of mental health conditions since 1994. As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a Ph.D. or Psy.D., you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality clinical services to improve the quality of life for older adult patients in long-term care and rehabilitation centers.
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with a range of mental health conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based treatment approaches in the field of geriatric mental health
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
