Position Summary Responsible for a safe, efficient, and customer‑focused environment by operating forklifts, managing inventory, maintaining store presentation, and handling member service while adhering to company policies and standards of ethics. What you’ll do Implement company policies, procedures, and ethical standards using the Open Door Policy. Operate forklifts to safely pick up, move, and position merchandise pallets. Complete work assignments and priorities using data, resources, and collaboration with managers, coworkers, and customers. Receive stocks and organize merchandise from distribution centers, managing inventory flow and maintaining required paperwork and logs. Provide member service, acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding technology and self‑service, resolving issues, and promoting company products. Maintain facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations. Maintain sales floor presentation, zoning, stocking, rotating merchandise, removing damaged goods, setting up displays, and ensuring promotional and seasonal merchandise is prominently displayed. Process defective merchandise and monitor shrink, security, and safety risks. Assist with club pick‑up orders, stage products, audit accuracy, and ensure associates pick orders within acceptable timeframe. Track inventory, maintain in‑stock levels, control shrinkage, and report issues. Operate and maintain forklifts, report unsafe conditions, and maintain equipment. Proactively identify customers needing help, engage them, and assist with technology services. Identify shrink opportunities, problems, and fix them; maintain equipment and organization. Support a culture of belonging, teamwork, and integrity, and demonstrate respect, integrity, and excellence. Minimum Qualifications 90 days prior experience with forklift certification. Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks. Must be 18 years of age or older.
