Strategic Payroll & HR Ops Consultant

Pilot is hiring a Consultant, Payroll Operations to deliver hands-on payroll and HR operations support for a growing portfolio. You will own recurring payroll processing, multi-state tax registrations, benefits administration, onboarding/offboarding, and HRIS transitions, partnering with clients to keep processes accurate and scalable. You’ll combine payroll expertise with strong communication to translate client needs into efficient workflows, while maintaining meticulous records and compliance #J-18808-Ljbffr Pilot.com
