WEEKLY PAY MONDAYFRIDAY WEEKENDS OFF TEMP-TO-HIRE Ascend Staffing is hiring an Experienced Mill Manufacturing Production Worker for a manufacturing facility in Chehalis, WA .

If you've worked in a lumber mill, plywood mill, sawmill, wood products facility, or other industrial manufacturing environment, this could be a great opportunity to use your experience in a stable MondayFriday position.

We're looking for candidates with a strong work history, reliable attendance, and previous mill experience.

• Weekly Pay- $20.00 per hour

• Weekends Off

• Full-Time Hours

• Operate production machinery and mill equipment

• Feed raw materials into production machinery

• Monitor equipment for proper operation

• Identify and report equipment issues

• Perform basic troubleshooting

• Inspect products for quality and accuracy

• Perform basic quality-control checks

• Assemble, package, and label finished products

• Load and unload materials and finished products

• Perform routine cleaning of machinery and work areas

• Complete basic production paperwork and reports

• Monitor production output

• Follow production instructions and specifications

• Assist coworkers with production tasks

• Follow all mill safety procedures

• Wear required PPE at all times

• Maintain a clean and safe production area

• 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

• Monday Friday

• Weekends OFF

• Full-Time

• Previous mill experience required

• Previous industrial production experience

• Lumber, plywood, sawmill, wood products, or manufacturing experience preferred

• Strong and consistent work history preferred

• Job longevity is important

• Valid driver's license required

• Reliable transportation required

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work as part of a production team

• Good communication skills

• Basic math skills

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Physical ability to perform repetitive production work

• Ability to work around machinery and industrial equipment

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
