The Regional Medical Director contributes to the organization’s mission and core values by projecting, integrating, and managing the philosophy of the Healthcare Center. The RMD is responsible for coordinating patient scheduling, monitoring charts, guiding medical staff, and troubleshooting as necessary, ultimately ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care. Qualifications Must possess a Medical Board license MD/DO/RNP (State specific) in Internal/Family Medicine/Adult Gerontology/Infectious Disease. Valid DEA & Furnishing license. Prior experience or interest in treating and diagnosing HIV/AIDS clients in an outpatient Primary Care setting. Must obtain AAHIVM Certification within 18 months of hire. Current CPR/BLS (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) is required. Comfortable seeing up to 15–18 patients per day. Opportunity Highlights Base salary + retention bonus up to $100,000, quarterly bonus up to $2,500, sign-on and bi-weekly productivity bonuses. Under the supervision of the Chief of Medicine, the Medical Director will serve as an enterprise leader. The primary responsibilities of this role will include providing leadership to the healthcare center staff regarding healthcare plan quality improvement by continuously measuring and monitoring the improvement of our healthcare center operations.
