Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and distributing communication materials
• Maintain communication records and documentation
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-up communications
• Support customer outreach initiatives and internal communication projects
• Prepare reports and routine correspondence
• Organize files and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with team members on communication activities
• Assist with administrative projects as assigned

Qualifications
