Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $16.15 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk by greeting visitors, answering questions, and directing customers, vendors, and employees to appropriate areas.
• Manage visitor access by verifying identification, following site-specific entry procedures, maintaining visitor records, and issuing visitor credentials as applicable.
• Monitor front desk activity, access points, and security-related systems in accordance with site-specific policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Support retail location operations by receiving deliveries or communications, maintaining accurate logs, and reporting unusual activity or concerns to Allied Universal leadership and/or site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
