Responsibilities Identifies potential and actual problems, probable causes, and provides recommendations for resolution. Researches a variety of issues, gathers statistics and information, and reports findings for the full scope of a program or function. Monitors, reviews, and evaluates operations and interrelationships with other functions regarding workflow, work redundancy, or systemic problems and provides recommendations to higher levels analyst(s) or supervisor. Verifies completeness of controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures, guidelines, and formats. Revises procedures, guidelines, and controls as a result of changes in higher level procedures or as instructed by analyst(s) or comparable positions.
