Role Overview We are seeking a driven Retail Tire Sales Representative to join a nationwide network of over 550 Tire Sales Specialists. This role focuses on customer service and tire sales in premium OEM automotive dealerships. What You’ll Love About This Role Explaining products in a way customers understand. Key Responsibilities Engage customers on the service drive and sell tires to exceed assigned goals. Perform quick tire inspections. Identify and explain tire‑related issues, recommend service, and quote prices. Maintain strong relationships with customers and dealership teams. Support store operations such as inventory, opening/closing, and reporting. Qualifications 2+ years of retail, service, or sales experience; automotive experience preferred. Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills. Natural relationship builder with strong sales instincts. Comfortable using computer‑based tools and order systems. Compensation & Benefits Base pay: $28.34 – $30.85 per hour to start. Target annual commission: $13,200. Guaranteed commission for up to 2 months during onboarding. Medical, dental, vision coverage. 50% 401(k) match up to 7% of employee contribution. PTO eligibility after 30 days, up to 19 days annually. 5‑day, 40‑hour work week. The total compensation package may also include commission, bonus, or profit sharing, and will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
