Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $1970 per week.

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years.

• 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is required within the last 3 years.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Required Credentials: - Must pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to acceptance; 2 attempts. - Day 1 pass/fail SIMs lab for Foley catheter insertion and central line dressing changes.

Special Requests: - Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. - Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.

Unit Details: - Trauma, ortho, and surgical telemetry unit caring for post-op day 1 transplant and Whipple patients, spine cases, ortho joints, and trauma. - Uses Phillips telemetry; BiPAP and CPAP.

Shift & Scheduling: - 4 total weekend shifts per 4 weeks. - Holidays based on unit coverage and worked into permanent staff rotation.

Floating Requirements: - First to float to MS/Tele; may also float to Westgate or AZ General Laveen Campus.

Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
