Caregiver / CNA / PCA – Part-Time Day and Evening Shifts

Right at Home is hiring compassionate caregivers to support a non-verbal client in the Wilmington area. This role is ideal for those seeking consistent part-time daytime and evening hours , meaningful one-on-one care, and the opportunity to make a real difference.

Pay

✔ $17/hour for CNAs
✔ $16/hour for PCAs

What You’ll Do

• Provide companionship and engaging conversation
• Assist with light ADLs, including bathing and dressing
• Assist the client with safe stand-and-pivot transfers to a wheelchair
• Provide medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Assist the client with prescribed physical therapy exercises

What We’re Looking For

✔ CNA, PCA, or caregiving experience preferred
✔ Compassionate, dependable, and patient
✔ Ability to safely assist with mobility and personal care
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
