Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine imaging studies with a focus on high-quality results
- Obtain patient history, explain standard procedures, and address questions to comfort and reassure patients
- Operate, monitor, and perform routine maintenance and quality assurance on nuclear medicine imaging equipment
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals as prescribed by a licensed practitioner and ensure proper dosing
- Maintain accuracy of documentation, logs, and records in paper and electronic formats; uphold radiation safety practices
- Ensure compliance with The Joint Commission and federal, state, and local regulations; assist other radiology areas as needed

Requirements
- Graduation from an AMA-approved school of nuclear medicine (required)
- Registered in Nuclear Medicine with the ARRT or NMTCB (required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
- Experience in nuclear medicine imaging (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting and adapt to a travel assignment
