Client Experience Associate - Entry-level!

We are hiring a Client Experience Associate who brings clear communication, steady follow through, and a calm presence. You will create a smooth experience for every customer and partner you support. This is a full time, in office role in the Kansas City metro area. Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for calls and emails and deliver quick, accurate help Handle requests, updates, and account changes with care and accuracy Work across several systems while keeping records clean and current Own each interaction from start to finish and follow through until it is resolved Team up with others to improve processes and raise the quality of service Qualifications One or more years in a customer facing role with strong communication skills Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University Ability to learn new tools quickly and stay focused in a fast moving environment Sharp attention to detail and a practical approach to problem solving A positive attitude and a helpful mindset Experience with a CRM or handling detailed account information About the Opportunity You will join a company that is growing and values people who take pride in their work.
