Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Nanny role located in Burlingame, CA. The Nanny will provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care, including feeding, diapering or toileting support, supervising play, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. Daily responsibilities include planning age-appropriate activities, supporting routines such as naps and bedtime, and fostering social and emotional development through positive interaction and guidance. The Nanny will also assist with light child-related housekeeping, such as tidying play areas, organizing children's belongings, and preparing simple, healthy meals or snacks. The role involves clear communication with parents about the child's day, following family guidelines and schedules, and partnering with the family to support consistent structure and values. Qualifications Strong childcare skills, including supervision, safety awareness, and experience with age-appropriate activities and routines. Ability to support emotional and social development through patience, empathy, and positive behavior guidance. Clear, professional communication skills for daily updates, coordination with parents, and collaboration on routines and expectations. Organizational skills to manage schedules, transitions, and child-related tasks while maintaining a tidy environment. Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to provide consistent, long-term care and follow family guidelines. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain, with agency assistance). Prior professional nanny or childcare experience in a home, daycare, or school setting. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and the ability to pass background and reference checks.
