Job Description:THIS POSITION CAN WORK REMOTELY FROM THE FOLLOWING STATES ONLY: Michigan, Texas, Indiana, North Carolina, Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio, South CarolinaA senior techno-functional analyst bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, translating high-level requirements into detailed specifications for IT projects. This role demands a unique combination of business acumen and technical expertise to define, guide, and implement effective reporting and BI solutions across diverse business areas, such as sales, purchasing, manufacturing, finance and more.The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of reporting and BI-related technologies, demonstrate the ability to execute moderate to complex data queries, and thrive in a collaborative environment, engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels. Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, integrating, testing, delivering and supporting robust Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse solutions, and identifying opportunities to leverage data for improved decision-making and enhanced business performance.KeyResponsibilities:Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals, pain points and process gapsCollaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand business requirements and act as a trusted advisor, presenting solution options, trade-offs and feasibility assignmentsTranslate the business needs into clear, testable functional specifications and technical requirementsDrive end-to-end solutioning from discovery through delivery supportLeading or participating in projects, managing tasks, timelines, and deliverables, status reporting and ensuring projects stay on track (scope, cost and schedule)Work closely with developers, architects and other members of the DevOps organization to ensure solution alignmentAnalyzing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectivenessParticipating in system testing, ensuring the solution meets business requirements, and supporting the implementation processExecute complex queries and adhoc BI reports to analyze source data and validate reporting accuracy and consistencyCreating and maintaining documentation, developing training materials, and providing user training to ensure effective solution adoptionProviding strategic input on IT initiatives and contributing to the overall technology roadmapDocument lessons learned throughout the implementation process to aid future planning and executionLead /Support rapid prototyping and iterative design for reporting and analytical initiativesLeverage AI tools for documentation acceleration, US ideation and solution explorationEssential Skills:Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task effectively, prioritize client needs and work independently and proactively with minimal supervisionExcellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholdersMust possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic and focus on solutionsMust be a Team player, capable of working in a fast-paced, distributed team environment with multiple and/or remote teamsProven ability to identify and resolve requirement gaps by working with project management team and business SME's/executivesAbility to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions Ability to manage projects, timelines, and resources effectivelyEducation and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent), in Engineering or information technology related fieldMinimum of 8-10 years in IT, Business Intelligence (BI), or Data Warehouseroles; prior experience as a BI Analyst or Data Analyst is preferredExperience in a manufacturingbusinessenvironment,preferably in the automotive industry, is a plusProficiency with data visualization and Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
