A valid certification is a "plus," but a willingness to master the equipment is a must.Ability to stay on your feet for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs consistently—think of it as a daily workout with a paycheck.You catch the small errors others miss. You treat a packing slip like a playbook—every line item matters.You aren't satisfied with "good enough."
