Hospice Patient Care RN Manager

Gentiva is seeking a Hospice Patient Care RN Manager to lead our home-based hospice nursing team. In this role, you will oversee patient care delivery, ensuring compassionate, clinically excellent end-of-life care in patients’ homes. You’ll supervise and mentor RNs and clinical staff, complete and review assessments, and guide individualized care plans. Partner with an interdisciplinary team to manage pain and symptoms, support families, and uphold regulatory and quality standards.
